This is a tragedy that shook Morocco on Monday, December 17th. The murder of two female hikers, Louisa Vesterager Jespersen, a 24-year-old Danish student, and Maren Ueland, a 28-year-old Norwegian woman whose body was discovered in an isolated site on the road to Mount Toubkal, provoked outrage citizens and their emotions.
According to information collected by AFP, Boubker Sabik, the spokesman for the Directorate General of National Security said that the terrorist track is not to dismiss, while adding that investigations are continuing to elucidate the circumstances of this crime.
